The Avenue Club continues to meet in our new location on the first Monday of every month at 2:00 PM. There is a modest charge of $2 at each meeting to cover expenses. Every Senior Citizen is welcome to attend. Please see News and Announcements for details of the next meeting.
Churches on the Hill Food Drive

For many years, For many years Deer Park United Church organized and hosted the Food Drive at their building on St. Clair West. Volunteers from other Churches on the Hill, Bishop Strachan, and the neighborhood were essential for both organization and collecting and sorting. In 2009 Timothy Eaton Memorial Church graciously volunteered to host the drive.
Benefit Performance for Food Bank
Charles's Dickens' traditional beloved work, A Christmas Carol, was presented as a 1930's radio broadcast, complete with text, music, carols, and sound effects on December 11, 2009. The show was produced and Directed by Barry Nesbitt, with Sandy Thorburn directing the Calvin Chorale.
